Home and Away’s Eden and Abigail held captive in deadly showdown

Home and Away spoilers follow for UK viewers.

Home and Away‘s Eden and Abigail Fowler fear for their lives next week as they’re both held captive by dangerous Nerida Mullins.

The sisters find themselves in a deadly situation as Nerida drags them into her twisted obsession with her former counsellor Tim Russell.

An explosive week of Summer Bay drama kicks off with sinister scenes, as Nerida confronts Abigail while wielding a syringe.

Abigail’s boyfriend Mali Hudson tries to come to the rescue, but Nerida stays one step ahead by attacking him over the head with a beer bottle.

With Mali knocked out, there’s nothing stopping Nerida from kidnapping Abigail and continuing with her terrible plan.

Abigail’s horror comes just as Cash Newman and Rose Delaney realise that Eden has gone missing.

The police colleagues discover that Eden hasn’t been seen since visiting the hospital to end her short-lived relationship with Tim. As Cash frantically tries to phone Eden outside, he hears her ringtone and finds her phone lying discarded nearby on some grass.

It’s only when Mali regains consciousness and provides a police statement that everyone realises both Fowler sisters are in danger and that Nerida seems to be responsible.

At an abandoned train shed, Eden and Abigail find themselves at Nerida’s mercy as she holds them captive.

Abigail and Eden frantically try to stay on Nerida’s good side, but she seems to want them out of the picture permanently. With Nerida darkly possessive and fuelled by a deluded obsession with Tim, there seems to be no reasoning with her.

Back at the hospital, Cash asks Tim if he’d be willing to act as bait to deal with Nerida once and for all.

Tim reluctantly agrees and exchanges text messages with Nerida, who’s tricked into giving away her location.

Before long, Tim bravely turns up at the train yard wearing a wire, while Cash and Rose listen from a police van nearby.

Tim puts on the performance of a lifetime as he pretends to be in love with Nerida, hoping that she’ll let her guard down if he tells her exactly what she wants to hear.

Nerida makes it clear that she’ll need some convincing, as she coldly reveals a syringe containing an overdose of ketamine and urges Tim to prove his loyalty by killing Eden.

With Cash and Rose listening in anxiously, can they step in before this showdown ends in tragedy?

Home and Away airs these scenes on Monday, March 31 and Tuesday, April 1 on Channel 5.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5, with repeat screenings at 6pm on 5STAR and first look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.
